thanks for this. I’ve had a couple bouts of vertigo, including one multi-day incident that was really awful and ruined a vacation. I feel like vertigo is quite mysterious and there seem to be more causes. I think virus is one — but I also had vertigo once after surfing (and wiping out repeatedly) and another time after flying internationally. Both might have had inner-ear impacts that precipitated that vertigo. Or maybe it was a virus in each case. I don’t know. I feel like you could have gone a bit deeper into this — my reading on vertigo is that the medical science isn’t actually that good. Which is interesting in itself.
